Availability Settings
Auto Stop Sell = NO When Allocation > 0
When selected, anytime an Allocation > 0 is issued, a Stop Sell = No (open) command is sent with it.
The assumption is there is never a scenario where Allocaiton > 0 should not be available for sale (i.e. never a scenario where Allocaiton > 0 and Stop Sell = Yes (closed)).
Auto Stop Sell = YES For Restrictions Not Supported
When selected, if you issue a restriction that isn't supported by a channel - i.e. Min Nights - the system will close out that channel / room type / rate plan / date since it can't honor the restriction being issued.
Auto Close-Out Allocation Threshold
Per Room Type
If a value is set, i.e., 5, this means that when Allocation drops to 5 or lower, the system automatically closes out the room type and all associated rate plans.
Per Rate Plan
If a value is set, i.e., 5, this means that when Allocation drops to 5 or lower, the system automatically closes out this specific rate plan.
Per Channel
If a value is set, i.e., 5, this means that when Allocation drops to 5 or lower, the system automatically closes out this specific room type and all associated rate plans.
Allocation Percentage Split - Per Channel, Per Room Type
In rare scenarios, you can control here if you want the allocation sent from the PMS to be split - i.e., you want to sell only 50% of the available rooms on this channel.
Setting to 50 (i.e. 50%) means that if Allocation = 10 is issued, only Allocation = 5 is sent to this channel for this room type.
