Office Hours

For a property without a front desk staffed 24/7, you can set 'Office Hours', which will open or close inventory for that day based on those hours.

With these hours set, a new reservation cannot be booked with an arrival outside of the set office hours.

In the screenshot above, each Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday at 5pm, inventory will be closed for that date, not allowing anyone to book a same day arrival arrive on that day on or after 5pm.

Closed

If the office is closed for the entire day, set 'Closed' to 'Yes'.

Office Hours - One-Off Dates / Holidays

For one-off dates that are not recurring weekly, you can set the date range and the office hours criteria here.

Booking Window Restrictions

Cut Off Days

The minimum number of days in advance of an arrival date the booking must be made. Not set means you can receive bookings made for the same day arrival (a reservation booked today for an arrival today).

Cut Off Days = 1, sets the restriction to not allow same day arrivals. You could book today for tomorrow, but could not book today to arrive today.

Cut Off Days = 2, sets the restriction to allow for an arrival 2 days or more from the date of the booking. You couldn't book today for an arrival today or an arrival tomorrow, but you could book today for an arrival the day after tomorrow.

Lead Days

This is the number of days into the future the property is available to receive reservations for.

90 means the next 90 days are available for booking (rolling, day by day), but none after.

1 means tomorrow is available for booking, but none after.

Default Restrictions

When no restriction is explicitly set for a date in the future, these values are used.

In the example above, updates for future dates without Minimum Nights being set explicitly, will be set to 1.

If at any point Minimum Nights is being set specifically (i.e. Minimum Nights = 2), that value will always be used or take precedence.
